    "li"5. Lunge: Put your leg on the middle of the machine, extend the other leg backward. Keep your back straight and push the leg firmly on lunge. Flex your leg muscles and put your arms in front of your body. "li"6. Squat: Stand on the vibration plate, keep the back straight ,the knees and the upper body slightly bend forward, and the leg muscles slightly flexed. Move up and down alternatively. "li"7.Push-up amp;Plank:Put your legs on the vibration platform machine, the legs are bent, put your hands behind your head. Get up with your upper body, but not completely and lower it again. "li"8.Bridge on one leg:Lie your back on a mat in front of the vibration machine with your feet stepping on the plate. Lift up and extend your leg, switch the leg every 3 to 5 seconds, keep the pelvis stay horizontally during exercise "li"9. Sit-up:Put your legs on the vibration platform machine, the legs are bent, put your hands behind your head. Get up with your upper body, but not completely and lower it again. "li"10.Triceps Dip:Turn away from the vibration machine, put your hands firmly on the machine and support yourself on it. Push your body up and lower the upper body again. Ensure the shoulder blades are pushed together.
